my god, they suck. it started a few days ago, when my family was supposed to get a dog, a nice german sheperd/golden lab mix named caesar.^^ the manager of the place(i hate her) said that it was a first-come, first-serve deal(which we understand), and that we could put a hold on the dog for 65$, but we could not because they closed the register(to late in the afternoon.) after we filled out the paperwork, etc. we arrived, to see someone else getting the dog! now, im not really angry, because i didnt really want a dog, but...the manager was a bitch, so thats why im complaining. she said that we could not place a hold on the dog because of ou
